Refund policy

We are confident that once you feel and experience your Loon & Bloom dresses, you will love them. However, if you wish to return or exchange your item please contact us at support@loonandbloom.com to request a return/exchange.

We will gladly accept returns on any new, unworn items in resalable condition. Your item(s) must be received by us in its original condition within 30 days from date of purchase for store credit or refund. Items purchased on sale will be eligible for store credit only. 

Items that are returned without a return authorization are not eligible for a refund. Please note that we inspect all returns and are unable to issue refunds on items that show signs of wear, have odors, stains, residues or other damage as caused by customer. Sale items listed as final sale are not eligible for a return. 

Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If you find a defect in the product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will gladly help resolve the issue.

**If you make a purchase within 7 days of us having a sale, simply email us at support@loonandbloom.com and we will be more than happy to refund you the difference. We hate when we miss out on a sale by just a few days, so you won’t have to feel that pain when you shop with us! :)
